- Remove strip from package.
- If your face is clean, thoroughly wet your nose.
- Dry hands and peel the plastic liner from the strip.
- Apply the strip to your nose, pressing down on all sides.
- Relax for about 15 minutes while it dries.
- Once the strip has completely hardened, slowly peel the edges, pulling towards the center.
- If desired, take a look at what the strip dragged out!
